Height safety design assessment
Score each roof task with an exposure-weighted risk matrix, record how people get onto the roof and between levels with live AS 1657 checks, work the hierarchy of controls in order, and print a Design Report on your own letterhead. Runs in your browser, nothing is stored with us.
The 5-WHY exploration method
