R.A.D.A.R — Roof Access Design Analysis Report
The height safety design assessment, now on its own site. Score each roof task with an exposure-weighted risk matrix, record how people get onto the roof and between levels with live AS 1657 checks, work the hierarchy of controls in order, and print a Design Report on your own letterhead.
The 5-WHY exploration method
